The Holocaust and InsuranceThe mission of the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims (ICHEIC) is to identify, settle and pay claims of Holocaust survivors and their heirs. The deadline for filing holocaust insurance claims was December 31, 2003. A total of 144 claims involving Oregon residents have been filed. As of August 30, 2004:
