Oregon Health Insurance Exchange (Cover Oregon): Application for Carriers

Cover Oregon, the new name for the Oregon Health Insurance Exchange, is seeking applications from health insurance carriers to offer Qualified Health Plans to Oregonians. To participate in Cover Oregon, carriers must submit an intent-to-apply form by Nov. 1, 2012, as well as respond to an attestation and questionnaire by Dec. 31, 2012.
